Chambersburg H.O.G.®

Harley-Davidson® established the Harley® Owners Group in 1983 in response to a growing desire by Harley® bike riders for an organized way to share their passion and show their pride. By 1985, 49 local chapters had sprouted around the country, with a total membership of 60,000.

Rapid growth continued into the 1990s, and in 1991, H.O.G.® officially went international, with the first official European H.O.G.® Rally in Cheltenham, England. Worldwide membership numbered 151,600, with 685 local chapters.

As the '90s continued, H.O.G.® hysteria spread into Asia, including new chapters in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By 1999, worldwide membership had hit the half-million mark, and the number of local chapters totaled 1,157. Today, more than 650,000 members make H.O.G.® the largest factory-sponsored motorcycle organization in the world, and it shows absolutely no signs of slowing down.

Our mission is to provide members with a means to "Ride and Have Fun." That's a simple concept that we take seriously. After all, we organize rallies and countless other riding activities just to satisfy your hunger for the road.

Welcome to the Chambersburg, PA Harley® Owners Group

The Chambersburg Harley® Owners Group Chapter was formed in January 1989. As guided by the H.O.G.® Charter for Local Chapters, it is this Chapter's responsibility to promote responsible motorcycle activities for Harley® Owners Group members. This board conducts chapter activities and encourages participation in other H.O.G.® events while maintaining a family-oriented philosophy.

To date, this chapter is approximately 209 members strong and is continuing to grow. We have members from throughout the local area. We also support MDA and several local charities. These are only a few of the many events this chapter supports.

The chapter's monthly meeting is held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm. The meeting is held at M & S Harley-Davidson®, in the Freedom room.
